What To Take In Morning?
After getting up it is good to drink warm water with a 1 spoon fresh lemon juice or honey.
One can also take only warm water.
What To Take In Breakfast?
One can take daliya, Paratha with ghee or butter, Juices, Murabba is also good, fresh fruits or stewed vegetables, milk is good as per the taste and body condition, boiled eggs etc.
What To Take In Lunch?
It will be good to Include Chappaties, rice, yoghurt, dal, seasonal vegetables, salads in lunch.
In Desserts do take banana, dates, apple, orange etc.
What To Take In Dinner?
Actually it is better to do dinner before sunset and do eat snacks, avoid heavy diet, oily foods, fast foods.
Note: Don't take tea or coffee after lunch or dinner. But if you are having chronic indigestion problem then do take a cup of warm water after having meal.
What to take before sleeping?
It will be better to take a cup of Warm water before sleeping.

- Take warm water after getting up and then perform bowel movement, it will help to get fresh easily and you can overcome from constipation.
- After getting fresh do exercises or yoga.
- Take bath after 15 to 20 minutes of exercises.
- Always keep an eye on your own postures while sitting and standing because every posture will affect your health.
