To maintain our health and to cure diseases, we should do Hasta Mudra Yoga daily. This knowledge is equally useful for all.
Let us know some special POINTS before doing mudras:
- Before using any mudra, one must sit on any asana like Sukh-asana, Vajrasana, Padmasana etc.
- We should practice any mudra daily and in a fixed time.
- Give atleast 30 minutes to practice any Mudra.
- While doing any mudra, keep the fingers straight which are not used.

Akash Mudra / आकाश मुद्रा :
If the middle finger is joined to the tip of the thumb and all the three fingers are kept straight, then Akash Mudra is formed.

Benefits of Akaash Mudra:
This mudra is very beneficial in ear diseases, heart diseases, bone weakness. Regular practice of this Akash Mudra is beneficial in ear diseases like hearing loss, deafness etc. Those who have weakness of bones and those who have any disease related to the heart can take benefits by using this Akash Mudra.
Vayu Mudra / वायु मुद्रा :
If the index finger is bent to the root of the thumb and then pressed lightly by the thumb and all the other fingers are kept straight, then it becomes Vayu Mudra.

Benefits of Vayu Mudra:
This hand pose is a panacea for those who have gas problem. This calms the air, is beneficial in paralysis sciatica, arthritis, knee pain. It is beneficial in neck pain, back bone pain etc.
Shuny Mudra/शुन्य मुद्रा :
Fold the middle finger to the root of the thumb and press it with the thumb to form Shunya Mudra.

Sunya Mudra Ke Laabh:
Its regular practice is beneficial in all types of ear diseases like deafness, problems in clear hearing, Weak gums, throat diseases and thyroid problem.
Prithvi Mudra/पृथ्वी मुद्रा :
Prithvi Mudra is formed when the ring finger touch the tip of the thumb.
